1. How does the free venue finding service work?

Initially Vennu will need the full details of your enquiry, and then with a clear understanding of your requirements as regards, date, location, number of delegates and budget for the event, we will start the Venue Search. This will be followed with a detailed proposal with all costings outlined, for a minimum of 3 suitable venues.  Vennu can arrange site visits, to assist in the decision making processs. When you have selected the perfect venue, we will confirm the booking on you behalf. This service is Free of Charge.

2. What happens once the booking has been confirmed?

Unlike other agencies who usually walk away at this point, we will be pleased to liaise with your chosen venue  with the finer details of your event.  At Vennu we can provide you with expert advice and knowledge, so you run with a successful event. For larger events, we will attend on the day of the event,  ensuring the smooth running of the day.
